Dingo the Yoshi

This is the Yoshi OC at the end of Chapter 6 of Cookie Capers. He has a small role but I have to introduce him somehow...

Persona: Rigorous, yet reliable and fearless.
Background: Dingo is the night watchman for Pine Heights, a position he essentially trained himself to do. He was born a swagman in the Australian outback after his parents died young, learning to fend for himself. He earned the scar on his right upper cheek and the chip on one of his spikes during various scuffles in the wilderness. At age 15, he arrived at Yoshi's Island by virtue of a warp pipe from the "Real World." Knowing very little of the Yoshi language despite being one, he constantly clashed with the village elders. However, he earned their respect for good when he saved the chief's then-infant son from a Piranha Plant. The other residents of the village grew to love him, too, and eventually gave him the nickname "Dingo" because of his tough personality. In his own words, Dingo used to be "Fat as a nail" but his tribal lifestyle bulked him up to an average Yoshi weight. Dingo is married and has two children.

Minor spoiler: His kids (which I'll also draw soon) will play a huge role in later chapters of Cookie Capers.
